The host OR venue is responsible for the acquisition of all licenses and permit(s) required to provide bartending services for the event date. The venue can confirm if permits are required.
Our bartenders may display a tip jar during service. Should tip jars not be permitted, a 20% service gratuity will be applied to the final invoice per bartender.
The Service Provider will be responsible for all set up and take down of the bar service area.
The Service Provider will provide garnishments, plastic cups, napkins, and straws. Customized cups are the client’s responsibility.
The Service Provider/Bartender will be responsible for ensuring that no underage patrons purchase or consume alcohol from the bar. The Bartender will only serve those legally permitted to drink in the venue. The Bartender will also use his/her discretion to cease serving patrons who are visibly intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
All alcohol must be behind bars. If someone has a “personal stash” that must be served from behind the bar as well.
If the Bartender doesn’t have full control of all alcohol at the event, we reserve the right to discontinue service(s).
The Client will be responsible for providing all drinkware (glassware) and equipment (i.e., coffee maker, hot chocolate maker) needed for the event to maintain service and guest’s overall satisfaction unless agreed/stated in contract.
The Service Provider will bar tools/equipment (i.e., cocktail shakers, strainers, bar spoon, muddler, wine/bottle opener, knife/cutting board, ice scoop, bar mats, bins/tubs pour spouts, garnish trays).
